The Office of the Spanish National Research Council in Brussels is located in Rue du Trône, 62. This building is near the Directorate-General for Research and Innovation of the European Commission, the European Parliament and the main R&I offices of member countries of the EU and other organisations and universities. Equipped with facilities and infrastructures of diverse character, the Office has three meeting and conference rooms available to entities that develop scientific research activities, technological development and innovation. The distribution, capacity and location of the rooms are as follows:
Meeting Rooms
OPEN WORK ROOMS
The room with individual work positions in the 6th floor has 12 places available for short and medium-length stays for the research and technical staff of the Spanish institutions admitted by the Office. In addition to Internet and printers, available to the visiting staff, the room has the necessary furniture and office material for their stay.
The room with 4 work positions in the eight floor for visiting staff is exclusively available to CSIC staff.
ROOM RESERVATION
Reservation of rooms at the CSIC Office in Brussels and terms of use.
INFRASTRUCTURE
Wireless and cable internet connection is available in the entire building. In the sixth and eight floors, there is a multipurpose printer which can be used as a photocopier, scanner and fax.

Monday-Thursday: 9:00 – 18:00
Friday: 9:00 – 15:00
OPEN SPACES
In addition to the rooms, there are two open spaces in the sixth and eight floors with individual work positions available for short and medium-length stays for scientific and technical staff. In the eight floor there are 4 positions exclusively available to CSIC staff, and in the sixth floor there are 12 positions available to institutions admitted by the Office.
